These rackets are certainly around the heavy side, coming in at 177g and 184g, with thick rubber padding that maximizes control and spin. Speed suffers somewhat, but that’s an essential trade-off.
The 3 ping-pong balls within the set are playable but deserve their one-star rating.
I’ve found the lighter of these two racket better, faster and much more controlled. Overall, this package isn’t a bad value.
Great quality paddles w/inverted pips and nice, tacky rubber. An excellent compromise between an offensive and defensive weapon. Good deal for just two-paddle set (corporation. 3 balls) costing only $5 a lot more than single paddle. A no-brainer!!
